In another bowl, combine flour, cornmeal, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. - Coat the Shrimp:
Remove shrimp from buttermilk (shake off excess), then toss in the flour mixture until well-coated. - Fry:
Heat oil in a deep pan to 350Β°F (175Β°C). Fry shrimp in batches (donβt overcrowd!) for about 2β3 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
Drain on a paper towel-lined plate. - Serve:
Serve hot with cocktail sauce, spicy mayo, or honey mustard.

- Spray breaded shrimp lightly with oil.
