
🍰 Instructions
1. Make the cake
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Mix cake mix + eggs + milk + oil + vanilla.
- Fold in drained pineapple (+ coconut if using).
- Pour into a greased 9×13 pan.
- Bake 28–33 minutes, until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool completely.
2. Make the creamy dream topping
- Whip heavy cream until fluffy.
- Fold in:
- Condensed milk
- Sour cream
- Pineapple
- Coconut
- Vanilla
- Pineapple juice
- Mix until creamy and smooth.
3. Assemble
- Spread the creamy pineapple mixture over the cooled cake.
- Chill at least 2 hours, overnight is BEST.
4. Finish
- Sprinkle toasted coconut on top.
- Add pineapple chunks if you want extra tropical flavor.
