🍰 Instructions

1. Make the cake

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. Mix cake mix + eggs + milk + oil + vanilla.
  3. Fold in drained pineapple (+ coconut if using).
  4. Pour into a greased 9×13 pan.
  5. Bake 28–33 minutes, until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Let cool completely.

2. Make the creamy dream topping

  1. Whip heavy cream until fluffy.
  2. Fold in:
    • Condensed milk
    • Sour cream
    • Pineapple
    • Coconut
    • Vanilla
    • Pineapple juice
  3. Mix until creamy and smooth.

3. Assemble

  • Spread the creamy pineapple mixture over the cooled cake.
  • Chill at least 2 hours, overnight is BEST.

4. Finish

  • Sprinkle toasted coconut on top.
  • Add pineapple chunks if you want extra tropical flavor.
