1. Prepare the garlic butter
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter with minced garlic. Set aside.
2. Assemble the cheese bombs
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Flatten each biscuit slightly with your hands.
- Place a cube of mozzarella cheese in the center of each biscuit.
- Fold the edges over the cheese and pinch to seal tightly, forming a ball.
3. Brush and bake
- Place the cheese bombs on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Brush generously with the garlic butter mixture.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.
4. Finish and serve
- Brush again with any remaining garlic butter.
- Sprinkle with dried parsley (optional).
- Serve warm for gooey, melty deliciousness!
