Perfect Air Fryer Roast 🔥🥩

Ingredients

  • 1.2–1.5 kg (2½–3 lb) beef roast (chuck, sirloin tip, or round)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary or thyme

Instructions

  1. Prep the roast
    • Pat meat dry. Rub with olive oil.
    • Mix all seasonings and coat roast evenly.
  2. Preheat air fryer
    • 190°C / 375°F for 5 minutes.
  3. Cook
    • Place roast in basket.
    • Air fry 20 minutes.
    • Flip and cook another 15–25 minutes until desired doneness.
    Internal temperature guide:
    • Rare: 52°C / 125°F
    • Medium-rare: 57°C / 135°F
    • Medium: 63°C / 145°F
  4. Rest
    • Remove and rest 10 minutes before slicing.

Tips

  • Brush with melted butter after cooking for extra flavor 🧈
  • Add potatoes or carrots in the last 15 minutes
  • Slice thin against the grain

Juicy inside, beautifully roasted outside — no oven needed.
