👩🍳 Instructions
1. Cook the Pasta
- Boil pasta in salted water until just tender (al dente).
- Drain and set aside.
2. Make the Semolina
- In a saucepan, heat milk over medium heat.
- Gradually whisk in semolina to prevent lumps.
- Cook for 3–5 minutes, stirring constantly, until thickened.
- Add sugar and a pinch of salt; mix well.
3. Combine Pasta & Semolina
- Add cooked pasta to the semolina and stir until well coated.
- Let it cool slightly — it should be creamy but not runny.
4. Serve
- Spoon pasta onto plates.
- Spread a layer of apricot jam on top (or swirl through).
- Optional toppings:
- Small knobs of butter
- Cinnamon sugar
- Crushed walnuts or almonds
💡 Tips
- Adjust the sweetness of the semolina to your liking.
- For a richer version, cook semolina in part milk and part cream.
- Can be served warm or cold — tastes amazing either way.
