- Cook the pasta:

Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss well so the semolina coats the noodles evenly. - Sweeten:
Sprinkle in sugar and cinnamon (if using) and mix well. - Serve:
Spoon into bowls and top with apricot jam.
