Palacsinta (Hungarian Pancakes)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl whisk eggs, milk, sugar, oil, and salt.
  2. Gradually add flour and whisk until the batter is smooth and thin.
  3. Heat a lightly oiled pan over medium heat.
  4. Pour a small amount of batter and swirl to coat the pan thinly.
  5. Cook about 1 minute per side until lightly golden.
  6. Spread filling of choice, roll or fold the pancake.
  7. Serve warm, optionally dusted with powdered sugar.
