
Instructions
- In a bowl whisk eggs, milk, sugar, oil, and salt.
- Gradually add flour and whisk until the batter is smooth and thin.
- Heat a lightly oiled pan over medium heat.
- Pour a small amount of batter and swirl to coat the pan thinly.
- Cook about 1 minute per side until lightly golden.
- Spread filling of choice, roll or fold the pancake.
- Serve warm, optionally dusted with powdered sugar.
