
PALACSINTA (Hungarian Pancakes)
Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 1¼ cups milk
- 1 tbsp sugar
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
- Butter or oil for cooking
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk flour, eggs, milk, sugar, salt, and vanilla until smooth and thin.
- Heat a lightly greased pan over medium heat.
- Pour a small amount of batter into the pan and swirl to coat thinly.
- Cook until edges lift, flip, and cook the other side briefly.
- Repeat with remaining batter.
