
👩🍳 Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, mash the bananas with a fork until smooth.
- Stir in the melted butter.
- Mix in the sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla.
- Sprinkle the baking soda and salt over the mixture and mix in.
- Add the flour (and cinnamon/nuts/chocolate if using) and stir until just combined.
- Pour into your loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 50–60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.

Use overripe bananas for the richest flavor and moist texture!
