
Instructions
- Dissolve yeast in warm milk with a pinch of sugar. Let sit 5–10 minutes.
- Mix flour, sugar, and salt. Add yeast mixture, melted butter, and eggs.
- Knead into a soft dough. Cover and let rise 1–1.5 hours.
- Cook filling: combine walnuts, sugar, and milk over low heat until thick. Stir in vanilla and cinnamon. Let cool.
- Roll dough into a rectangle, spread filling evenly.
- Roll up tightly like a log and place on a baking sheet.
- Let rise 30 minutes.
- Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 30–35 minutes until golden.
- Cool before slicing.
