Nokedli (Hungarian Dumplings) – Recipe Only

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2–3/4 cup water

Instructions:

  1. Mix flour and salt in a bowl.
  2. Add eggs and water; mix into a sticky batter.
  3. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.
  4. Drop batter into boiling water using a spoon or dumpling maker.
  5. Cook until dumplings float, then boil 1–2 minutes more.
  6. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain.
