- Make the crust:
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar.

- Make the filling:
- Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla; mix well.
- Fold in the drained crushed pineapple and whipped topping until combined.
- Assemble:
- Spread the filling evenly over the chilled crust.
- Top with optional pineapple, coconut, or pecans for extra flavor.
- Chill:
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours (or overnight) until firm and chilled.
- Serve cold and try to resist eating the whole thing in one sitting. 😄
