No-bake Pineapple Cream Dessert – Don’t LOSE this Recipe 😋


🧁 Directions:

  1. Make the crust:
    • In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar.
    • Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×9 or 9×13 inch pan.
    • Chill in the fridge while you make the filling.
  2. Make the filling:
    • Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
    • Add powdered sugar and vanilla; mix well.
    • Fold in the drained crushed pineapple and whipped topping until combined.
  3. Assemble:
    • Spread the filling evenly over the chilled crust.
    • Top with optional pineapple, coconut, or pecans for extra flavor.
  4. Chill:
    • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours (or overnight) until firm and chilled.
  5. Serve cold and try to resist eating the whole thing in one sitting. 😄
