Instructions

1. Melt the chocolate + peanut butter

In a microwave bowl or on the stovetop, melt chocolate chips and peanut butter together until smooth and silky.

2. Fold in the crispy rice cereal

Gently mix until all the cereal is fully coated in the chocolate mixture.

3. Press into a pan

Line an 8×8 or 9×9 pan with parchment paper.
Spread the mixture evenly and press it down firmly so the bars hold shape.

4. Chill
