- Mix Ingredients:
In a large bowl, combine shredded coconut, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar until a sticky dough forms. - Add Nuts (Optional):
Fold in chopped nuts if you want some crunch. - Shape the Balls:
Scoop small spoonfuls of the mixture and roll into bite-sized balls. - Coat with Coconut:
Roll each ball in extra shredded coconut to coat thoroughly. - Chill:
Place the coconut balls on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate for at least 1 hour until firm. - Serve & Store:
Enjoy immediately or keep refrigerated in an airtight container for up to a week.
Notes
- For a nut-free version, simply omit the nuts.
- You can add a pinch of cinnamon or cocoa powder for a flavor twist.
