Ingredients (Makes about 12–15 balls)
- 1 cup (240 ml) sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cups (160 g) desiccated coconut, divided
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup (90 g) white chocolate chips or melted chocolate for coating (optional)
Instructions
- Mix base:
In a bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, 1½ cups of desiccated coconut, and vanilla extract until a sticky dough forms.
- Shape balls:
Using your hands, roll the mixture into small bite-sized balls.
- Coat:
Roll each ball in the remaining ½ cup desiccated coconut to coat.
(Optional) Dip in melted white chocolate and let set on parchment paper.
- Chill:
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour until firm.
- Serve:
Enjoy chilled as a sweet, coconutty treat!
