
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F / 180°C.
- Grease a ring/Bundt pan.
- Beat butter + sugar until creamy.
- Add eggs and vanilla; mix well.
- In another bowl mix flour, baking powder, salt.
- Add dry ingredients to wet, alternating with milk.
- Pour batter into ring pan.
- Bake 35–40 minutes or until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool 10 minutes, then remove from pan.
- Dust with powdered sugar or glaze if desired.
