- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, garlic, milk, and seasonings.

- Shape into meatballs, patties, or a loaf, depending on what you’re making.
- Cook:
- Meatballs → Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 18–20 minutes, or pan-fry until browned and cooked through.
- Burgers/Patties → Grill or pan-fry 4–5 minutes per side.
- Meatloaf → Shape into a loaf, bake at 375°F (190°C) for 50–60 minutes.
