1️⃣ Make the meat sauce

  1. Cook the ground beef in a large skillet until browned.
  2. Add onion and sauté until soft.
  3. Add garlic, cook 30 seconds.

  5. Simmer 10 minutes.

3️⃣ Assemble the lasagna

9. Add a layer of noodles.
10. Spread 1/3 of the cheese mixture.

13. Repeat layers (noodles → cheese → meat → mozzarella) until everything is used.
14. Finish with mozzarella and Parmesan.

4️⃣ Bake

  1. Cover with foil and bake at 350°F / 180°C for 30 minutes.
  2. Remove foil and bake an additional 15–20 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  3. Let rest 10–15 minutes before slicing.
