1️⃣ Make the meat sauce
- Cook the ground beef in a large skillet until browned.
- Add onion and sauté until soft.
- Add garlic, cook 30 seconds.
- Stir in marinara, tomato paste, Italian seasoning, salt & pepper.
- Simmer 10 minutes.
2️⃣ Make the creamy cheese filling
- In a bowl, mix ricotta, cottage cheese, cream cheese, egg, parmesan, parsley, salt & pepper.

3️⃣ Assemble the lasagna
In a 9×13” baking dish:
8. Spread a thin layer of meat sauce.
9. Add a layer of noodles.
10. Spread 1/3 of the cheese mixture.
11. Add 1/3 of the meat sauce.
12. Sprinkle mozzarella.
13. Repeat layers (noodles → cheese → meat → mozzarella) until everything is used.
14. Finish with mozzarella and Parmesan.
4️⃣ Bake
- Cover with foil and bake at 350°F / 180°C for 30 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake an additional 15–20 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let rest 10–15 minutes before slicing.
