🧑🍳 Instructions:
- Preheat Oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish or line it with foil for easy cleanup.
- Prepare the Sauce:
In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise (or yogurt), Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and any optional seasonings. - Coat the Chicken:
Place the chicken breasts in the baking dish. Spread the mayo mixture evenly over the top of each piece. Make sure they’re fully coated. - Bake:
Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes, or until chicken is fully cooked (internal temp of 165°F/74°C). For a golden top, broil for an extra 2–3 minutes at the end. - Serve:
Let rest for a few minutes, then garnish with fresh herbs. Serve with mashed potatoes, rice, roasted veggies, or a fresh green salad.
💡 Tips:
- You can use chicken thighs instead of breasts — just adjust baking time as needed.
- Want a little crunch? Add breadcrumbs on top before baking.
