
👨🍳 Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut a V-shaped wedge out of the top of each hoagie roll and remove some of the bread to create a “boat.”
- Brush the inside of each roll lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
- Warm the meatballs in a pan with marinara sauce until heated through.
- Spoon 3–4 meatballs into each boat and top generously with sauce.
- Sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake on a foil-lined baking sheet for 10–15 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly and the bread is slightly crispy.
- Garnish with chopped basil or parsley. Serve warm!
