
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
- Water, for boiling
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions:
- Place potatoes in a pot and cover with cold water.
- Add salt and bring to a boil.
- Cook 15–20 minutes until potatoes are fork-tender.
- Drain well.
- Mash and add butter, milk, salt, and pepper as desired.
