1. Prepare the apples
- Peel and chop the apples into chunks.
- Blend them in a blender or food processor until smooth (like applesauce).
2. Make the batter
- Add eggs, oats, baking powder, cinnamon, vanilla, oil, and honey (if using) to the blender with the apples.
- Blend until well combined — the mixture should be thick but pourable.
- Stir in nuts or raisins if you like.
3. Cook
Option 1 – Microwave (super fast!):
- Pour the batter into a microwave-safe dish.
- Microwave on high for 5–6 minutes, until set and firm to the touch.
Option 2 – Oven:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Pour into a greased 7–8 inch pan.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
4. Serve
- Let cool slightly before slicing.
- Top with a drizzle of yogurt, nut butter, or fresh fruit. 🍓🍌
