1. Prepare the apples

  1. Peel and chop the apples into chunks.
  2. Blend them in a blender or food processor until smooth (like applesauce).

2. Make the batter

  1. Add eggs, oats, baking powder, cinnamon, vanilla, oil, and honey (if using) to the blender with the apples.
  2. Blend until well combined — the mixture should be thick but pourable.
  3. Stir in nuts or raisins if you like.

3. Cook

Option 1 – Microwave (super fast!):

  • Pour the batter into a microwave-safe dish.
  • Microwave on high for 5–6 minutes, until set and firm to the touch.

Option 2 – Oven:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Pour into a greased 7–8 inch pan.
  • Bake for 20–25 minutes, until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.

4. Serve

  • Let cool slightly before slicing.
