Low-Carb Cheese Buns

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the Oven
    • Preheat to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the Cheeses
    • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine mozzarella and cream cheese.
    • Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring each time, until melted and smooth.
  3. Mix the Dough
    • Add almond flour, egg, baking powder, and salt to the melted cheese.
    • Stir until a dough forms. (If it’s sticky, chill for 10 minutes.)
  4. Shape the Buns
    • Divide into 6–8 portions and shape into round buns.
    • Place them on the prepared baking sheet.
    • Sprinkle with garlic powder or sesame seeds if desired.
  5. Bake
    • Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown and firm on top.
  6. Cool & Enjoy
    • Let cool slightly before serving.
    • Enjoy warm with butter or fill them like mini sandwiches!
