
Instructions:
- Preheat the Oven
- Preheat to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt the Cheeses
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine mozzarella and cream cheese.
- Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring each time, until melted and smooth.
- Mix the Dough
- Add almond flour, egg, baking powder, and salt to the melted cheese.
- Stir until a dough forms. (If it’s sticky, chill for 10 minutes.)
- Shape the Buns
- Divide into 6–8 portions and shape into round buns.
- Place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Sprinkle with garlic powder or sesame seeds if desired.
- Bake
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown and firm on top.
- Cool & Enjoy
- Let cool slightly before serving.
- Enjoy warm with butter or fill them like mini sandwiches!

- Add a bit of Parmesan for extra cheesy flavor.
- Swap almond flour for coconut flour (use about ¼ cup instead).
