
Instructions
⭐ 1. Cook the pasta
- Boil salted water.
- Cook pasta until al dente.
- Drain and set aside.
⭐ 2. Make the Lemon Garlic Butter Chicken
- Season the chicken with:
salt, pepper, paprika, and lemon zest. - Heat olive oil + 1 tbsp butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the chicken and cook until golden (about 5–6 minutes).
- Reduce heat to medium, add garlic and cook 30 seconds.
- Add remaining 2 tbsp butter and lemon juice.
- Stir until the chicken is coated in the glossy lemon-garlic butter sauce.
- Remove from heat and cover to keep warm.
⭐ 3. Make the Creamy Parmesan Sauce
- In the same pan (no need to wash), melt 2 tbsp butter.
- Add garlic and sauté 30 seconds.
- Pour in heavy cream + milk.
- Add Parmesan, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Simmer 3–4 minutes until thick and creamy.
- Add the cooked pasta and toss to coat.
⭐ 4. Assemble
- Serve the creamy Parmesan pasta in bowls.
- Top with the lemon garlic butter chicken.
- Spoon extra lemon butter over the top.
- Garnish with parsley and a little extra Parmesan.

- Add spinach or broccoli to the pasta for veggies.
- Want it extra lemony? Add ½ tsp lemon zest to the pasta sauce.
- For spice: add red pepper flakes to the chicken.
