
Instructions:
- Cook the Pasta
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Prepare the Chicken
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook chicken 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- Make Lemon Garlic Butter Sauce
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add lemon juice, zest, and chicken broth. Simmer 2–3 minutes.
- Combine Pasta and Sauce
- Lower heat and stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese.
- Add cooked pasta and toss until coated and creamy.
- Serve
- Place chicken on top of creamy pasta.
- Drizzle with extra sauce from the skillet.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan if desired.
