
Instructions
1. Prepare the Lamb Chops:
Season lamb chops with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic, rosemary, and thyme.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear lamb chops for 3-4 minutes on each side or until cooked to your desired doneness. Remove from skillet and let rest.
2. Cook the Shrimp:
In the same skillet, melt butter. Add shrimp, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side. Squeeze lemon juice over shrimp and remove from skillet.
3. Make the Garlic Mashed Potatoes:
Boil potatoes in salted water until tender. Drain and mash.
In a saucepan, heat butter and garlic until fragrant. Stir in heavy cream.
Mix garlic butter into mashed potatoes. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Prepare the Corn:
Boil or grill corn until cooked. Brush with butter and season with salt and pepper.
5. Sauté the Green Beans:
Heat olive oil in a skillet. Add green beans and sauté until tender. Season with salt and pepper.
6. Plate and Serve:
Arrange lamb chops, shrimp, mashed potatoes, green beans, and corn on a plate.
Garnish with fresh herbs and serve hot.
