
Ingredients
- 250 g flour
- 150 g butter (soft)
- 80 g powdered sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- jam (apricot or strawberry)
- powdered sugar for topping
- melted chocolate (optional)
Instructions
- Mix butter and powdered sugar until creamy.
- Add egg and vanilla sugar, mix well.
- Add flour and knead into a soft dough.
- Wrap and chill 30 minutes.
- Roll dough and cut cookie shapes (make a hole in the center of half).
- Bake at 180°C for 10–12 minutes.
- Spread jam on one cookie and cover with the one with the hole.
- Dust with powdered sugar and drizzle chocolate if you like.
