Jalapeño Popper Stuffed Mushrooms

Instructions:

  1. Prep the mushrooms:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Clean mushrooms and remove stems. Place them upside down on a baking sheet.
  2. Make the filling:
In a bowl, mix together cream cheese, cheddar cheese, jalapeños, bacon, green onions, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Stuff the mushrooms:
Spoon the filling into each mushroom cap, slightly overfilling them.
  4. Topping:
Mix breadcrumbs with melted butter and sprinkle on top of the stuffed mushrooms.
  5. Bake:
Bake for 18–20 minutes, until the mushrooms are tender and the tops are golden brown.
  6. Serve:
Garnish with extra green onions or jalapeño slices. Serve warm!

Tip: If you want extra kick, add a dash of hot sauce into the filling!

Would you like me to also give you a make-ahead version (where you prep them a day before and just bake before serving)?
