- Prep the mushrooms:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Clean mushrooms and remove stems. Place them upside down on a baking sheet. - Make the filling:
In a bowl, mix together cream cheese, cheddar cheese, jalapeños, bacon, green onions, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth. - Stuff the mushrooms:
Spoon the filling into each mushroom cap, slightly overfilling them. - Topping:
Mix breadcrumbs with melted butter and sprinkle on top of the stuffed mushrooms. - Bake:
Bake for 18–20 minutes, until the mushrooms are tender and the tops are golden brown. - Serve:
Garnish with extra green onions or jalapeño slices. Serve warm!
