
Instructions:
- Preheat & Prep
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll the Dough
- Roll pizza dough into a rectangle (about 12×16 inches).
- Layer the Fillings
- Place provolone cheese slices evenly over the dough, leaving 1 inch border.
- Add layers of ham, salami/pepperoni, then sprinkle Parmesan and Italian seasoning.
- (Optional) Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce before layering, or keep sauce on the side for dipping.
- Roll It Up
- Starting from the long side, carefully roll the dough into a log.
- Pinch the seam and tuck in the ends. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Finish & Bake
- Brush with olive oil and egg wash.
- Sprinkle with garlic powder and extra Parmesan if desired.
- Cut small slits on top for steam to escape.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, until golden brown.
- Rest & Serve
- Let Stromboli rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- Serve with warm marinara or pizza sauce for dipping. 🍅🧀
