  • 1 tube (8 oz / 225 g) refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup ricotta or cottage cheese
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg, beaten (for brushing, optional)
