Ingredients
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 ¼ cups warm water
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp instant yeast
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix warm water + sugar + yeast. Rest 5 min.
- Add flour + salt; mix with a spoon until combined (sticky dough).
- Cover and let rise 1 hour.
- Flour your hands and shape into a round or loaf (no kneading).
- Place on parchment or in a greased loaf pan.
- Rest 20 minutes while the oven preheats to 200°C / 400°F.
- Bake 30–35 minutes until golden.
- Cool at least 15 minutes before slicing.
