📝 Ingredients

For the Dough:

  • 500 g all-purpose flour
  • 250 ml warm milk
  • 80 g sugar
  • 7 g active dry yeast
  • 1 egg
  • 80 g butter (softened)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

For the Walnut Filling (Diós):

  • 200 g ground walnuts
  • 100 g sugar
  • 100 ml milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Zest of 1 lemon

For the Poppy Seed Filling (Mákos):

  • 200 g ground poppy seeds
  • 100 g sugar
  • 100 ml milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Zest of 1 lemon

For Brushing:

  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tbsp milk
