  1. Beat butter and powdered sugar until fluffy.
  2. Add melted chocolate and vanilla.
  3. Add cream if needed for smoothness.

3️⃣ Assemble the Cake

  • Stack sponge layers with buttercream between each.

  1. Place one sponge layer on parchment.
  2. Heat sugar and lemon juice until amber caramel forms.
