
Instructions:
- Mix meat, onion, garlic, soaked bread, egg, salt, pepper, paprika, and mustard.
- Shape into oval or round patties.
- Dredge in flour, shake off excess.
- Fry in heated oil over medium heat 4–5 min per side until golden and cooked through.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
