Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 200 g sugar
- 120 ml oil
- 120 ml milk
- 250 g all-purpose flour
- 10 g baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- 300 g sour cherries (pitted, fresh or canned, drained)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C / 350°F.
- Whisk eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add oil, milk, vanilla, and salt; mix well.
- Fold in flour mixed with baking powder.
- Gently fold in the sour cherries.
- Pour batter into a greased baking pan.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes until golden and set.
- Let cool slightly before slicing.
