
Instructions
- Mix flour, butter, ground walnuts, sugar, vanilla, and egg yolks to form a soft dough.
- Wrap the dough and chill for 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350°F / 175°C.
- Shape small pieces of dough into crescent shapes.
- Place on a lined baking sheet.
- Bake 12–15 minutes until lightly golden.
- While still warm, roll cookies in powdered sugar.
- Cool and serve.
