
Instructions
- Heat oil and sauté onion until soft.
- Remove from heat, stir in paprika (don’t burn it).
- Add potatoes, garlic, tomato/tomato paste, bell pepper, salt, pepper, caraway.
- Pour enough water/broth to cover.
- Simmer 30–35 minutes until potatoes are tender.
- If using sausage, add in last 10–15 minutes.
- Adjust seasoning and serve.
