
Ingredients
For the stew
- 700 g pork (cubed)
- 1 large onion (chopped)
- 2 tbsp oil or lard
- 1 tbsp sweet paprika
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tomato
- 1 pepper
- salt
- 200 ml water
For the dumplings (Galuska)
- 2 eggs
- 200 g flour
- 100 ml water
- pinch of salt
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pot and sauté chopped onion until soft.
- Remove from heat, add paprika, mix, then add pork cubes.
- Add garlic, tomato, pepper, salt, and pepper.
- Pour in water and simmer 45–60 minutes until meat is tender.

5. Mix eggs, flour, water, and salt to make a thick batter.
6. Drop small pieces into boiling salted water.
7. Cook 2–3 minutes until they float, then drain.
Serve pork stew over the dumplings.
