
Ingredients
- 1 kg pork (cut into cubes)
- 2 onions (chopped)
- 3 tbsp oil or lard
- 2 tbsp sweet paprika
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tomato
- 1 pepper
- salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 200–300 ml water
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pot and sauté chopped onions until soft.
- Remove from heat, add paprika and mix.
- Add pork cubes and stir well.
- Add garlic, tomato, pepper, salt, and black pepper.
- Pour in water and cover.
- Simmer on low heat 60–90 minutes until meat is tender and sauce thickens.
Serve with bread, dumplings, or pasta.
