
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pot and sauté chopped onion until soft.
- Add garlic and paprika, stir quickly.
- Add pork cubes and cook until lightly browned.
- Add sauerkraut, caraway seeds, salt, and pepper.
- Pour in water or broth and simmer 45–60 minutes until pork is tender.
- Mix sour cream with flour and stir into the stew.
- Cook 5 more minutes until slightly thick.
Serve hot with bread or dumplings.
