
Ingredients
- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 150 g ground poppy seeds
- 80 g sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 3–4 tbsp milk
- powdered sugar for topping
Instructions
- Mix ground poppy seeds, sugar, vanilla sugar and milk to make a thick filling.
- Roll out the puff pastry and cut into small rectangles.
- Put a small spoon of poppy seed filling in the center.
- Fold the sides slightly over the filling.
- Place on a baking tray with baking paper.
- Bake at 180°C for 15–20 minutes until golden.
- Let cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
