- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 pinch salt
- 8–10 plums (pitted)
- 2–3 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
For coating:
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2–3 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp sugar
