Ingredients
- 2 lbs (1 kg) potatoes, peeled
- 1 cup all-purpose flour (plus extra if needed)
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/2 tsp salt
Filling:
- 10–12 small plums (pitted)
- 2–3 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Coating:
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 3 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp sugar
