  • 1 tbsp butter
  • pinch of salt

Filling

  • 10–12 plums (pitted)
  • 2–3 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Coating

  • 100 g breadcrumbs
  • 50 g butter
  • 2 tbsp sugar
