  • 150 g sugar
  • 125 g butter, softened
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 500 g plums, pitted and halved
  • 1–2 tbsp sugar for topping
  • Optional: powdered sugar for dusting
