🛒 Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1¼ cups milk
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil or melted butter
  • Butter or oil for cooking

  1. In a bowl, whisk flour, sugar, and salt.
  2. Add eggs and half of the milk; whisk until smooth.
  3. Gradually add remaining milk and oil to form a thin batter (like crepes).
  4. Heat a lightly greased pan over medium heat.

  6. Cook 30–40 seconds, flip, cook 10–15 seconds more.
  7. Stack pancakes and cover to keep warm.
