Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, water, salt, and sugar (if using).
  2. Gradually add flour while whisking until you get a smooth, thin batter.
  3. Stir in the oil or melted butter. Let the batter rest for 15–20 minutes.
  4. Heat a lightly oiled pan over medium heat.
  5. Pour a small amount of batter into the pan and swirl to coat thinly.
  6. Cook for about 1–2 minutes until lightly golden, then flip and cook the other side.
  7. Stack the pancakes and fill as desired (jam, chocolate spread, sweet cheese, etc.).
  8. Roll or fold and serve warm.
