
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix flour and salt. Add eggs and water, stir into a thick, sticky batter.
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Using a spoon or dumpling maker, drop small portions of dough into the boiling water.
- Cook until dumplings float to the surface (2–3 minutes).
- Remove with a slotted spoon and drain.
- Optional: toss with a little butter or oil to prevent sticking
