
Instructions:
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- In a bowl, mix flour and salt.
- Add eggs and water, mixing until you get a soft, sticky dough.
- Using a spoon or dumpling maker, drop small pieces of dough into boiling water.
- Cook until dumplings float to the top (about 2–3 minutes).
- Remove with a slotted spoon and drain.
Optional:
- Toss with butter or a little oil to prevent sticking.
- Serve as a side with stews or dishes like chicken paprikash.
