  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp sweet Hungarian paprika
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika (optional for depth)
  • ½ tsp ground caraway seeds
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs (for stuffing, optional but very Hungarian-style)
